Do you ship to my country?

Most likely!
We try to have our doors open to all countries of the world so we´re constantly adding countries to our shipping profile.

If you can make to the checkout with your basket, we sure do deliver to you.

Where are you based?

We are based in Germany! 🍻🇩🇪

Do you make custom plushies?

Only on special occasions which are usually my crowdfund campaigns!
Once they´re live there is a few spots that can be taken to get your very own, custom plush.
They are more pricey than the ones in the shop, but they are unique and their price helps funding the running plush crowdfund campaign reach it´s goal faster.

How do I get notified about products being back in stock?

The easiest way would be to join our newsletter!
Don´t worry, we don´t spam you with tons of emails and if you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so any time.

You can also follow our social medias, but due to algorhythms the chance of missing update posts is high.

Will you be restocking sold out products?

It depends on the product!
Since we can´t keep all products stored forever, some products once sold out have to leave us forever, especially those that weren´t popular.

Do you sell at conventions?

Absolutely!
We´ve attended some cons in the past already and plan to visit many more in 2026!

My order is a gift, can it be wrapped?

Unfortunately no. Due to rules of shipment companies, packages need to be neutrally packed.

You can add a note to your order though so we can and add it inside your package!

Order Status 📦

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight and value of your order.

There are some smaller shipping options if you wish to keep the price down like with envelopes for ordering stickers or postcards. Please note that if you choose an untracked shipping option we are not held responsible for any missing orders.

American customers will have to pay import fees / taxes in the process of buying already which comes on top of their orders value. This happens due to the new tariff rules that have been set by Trump in August 2025. Due to this system Americans won´t receive fee or tax invoices after receiving their order.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is made it usually takes us 2-5 business days to process and ship your order.
We collect our orders within week and weekend to send them out in bundles every Friday and Monday.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email once your order is processed and shipped out. Please use the tracking number to stay updated about your package.

It can happen that a package get´s lost in sorting for a while and will then show up again after some time. That´s the nature of international shipping.
If you´re an international customer, give your package at least 8 weeks of time to arrive.

If you´ve waited 8 weeks already and your package didn´t arrive / no updates are made anymore, please contact us!

Tracking says delivered but I didn´t get my package?

Once orders ships out from us, it is the responsibility of the postal service to deliver your package. They are also the most qualified to help you in any delivery issues that might arise.

Orders might sometimes get marked as delivered once they reach your local post office to be delivered to you within the next few days. If you have not yet received it, we recommend checking with your neighbours or contact your local post office to see if they can locate it for you.

We are not held responsible for any damaged, stolen, or lost packages and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Do I have to pay custom fees?

International customers are fully responsible for any customs fees that might occur upon receiving their order. We're always as accurate as possible on our customs forms and will not be lowering the value on the items. Please check your country's customs fees before ordering to avoid any surprises!

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order?

All sales are final once shipped out, and we do not accept returns unless you received a wrong or already damaged item.

If one of the two cases happens, returns will only be accepted if the products are still in original shape. On plushies this means all tags must be left intact as well!

We cannot refund any shipping costs for returning the order to us.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations incur a 10% processing fee. You will not receive a full refund on canceled orders.

If your order was not processed yet, please contact us.

Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been processed.

I received the wrong items!

Looks like something went wrong! Please contact us with your orders number and some photos.

Why was my order cancelled / refunded?

Shopify typically holds funds when there is a potential order to be placed. If you did not successfully check out and receive an order confirmation email, the order most likely did not go through. Please also check your spam folders.
In these cases, the funds will eventually be released and returned back to you after a few days.

Product-Specific Questions 🦖

Are your plushies safe for kids?

Yes!
We keep up to the high standards of the EU so all our plushies got a CE certificate that has them tested for multiple things like toxic and burnable materials.
Currently our plushies are +3 and +6 depending on their fillings.
Each plush in the shop got it´s own age information in it´s details.

I saw your team contains dogs - did they get in touch with the plushies?

All our plushies are stored away from our dogs.
They get their very own versions of the plushies to snuggle with and won´t be in touch with the ones you buy!

Can I wash my plushy?

Please visit our plushie care guide for more infos about cleaning!

Are the plushies scented?

No, none of our plushies are scented.
Simple reason for that is that many can´t stand such scents so they wouldn´t be able to buy them at all.

Can I gift the clicky keychains to kids?

For already bigger kids they make fun little clicker toys!
You should be aware though that especially small kids should be kept away from them since they contain small parts which a child could choke on.

Can I use your keycaps on my keyboard?

This depends on your keyboard!
Our keycaps are XDA caps for their shape and will fit on all +shaped steams (MX).
