Plush Care Guide
Your plushy arrived and now you want to know how to care for it?
Let us help you!
Our plushies are made of minky and fluffy fabrics and on their arrival the plushies can look a bit squished or deformed due to their storing at our studio or their stay in the tight box on their way to you.
You can give them a massage to get all the fluffy fills back in the right place!

Wash guide - Yuri&Friends
Yuri and his friends are best to be washed by hand to assure a long life.
If your plushy is just locally dirty, gently rub the spot with a soapy towel and some water.
If the plush has become completely dirty you can put it into the sink with soapy water and knead it in there.
Rinse the plushy off multiple times until no soap is left. Give the plush a gentle squeeze to get rid of excess water and then towel dry the plush (don´t use a dryer!).
Let the plush dry for some days. We recommend to swipe the fabric into it´s natural flow shape whilst towel drying, this way the fabric can dry in it´s natural looking state and is less likely to look scruffled after full drying.
You can use a hairdryer to help the drying process (use medium or cold setting though, not hot!)

Wash guide - PocketSaurus
PocketSaurus and PocketPets are best to be washed by hand to assure a long life.

Rinse the plushy off multiple times until no soap is left. Give the plush a gentle squeeze to get rid of excess water (don´t squeeze the bean part too much!).

We don´t recommend using a hairdryer for faster drying as the pearls might react sensitive to the heat.
We recommend to have the PocketSaurus on a rack and to shake it from time to time so the plastic beans can breathe better and left waters can evaporate.

Wash & Heating guide - CozyClaws
On arrival your CozyClaw might have their inside cotton spread further down the body. If you prefer the beads to go further up the body, you can knead and massage the cotton filling higher up into their necks and heads.
Washing :
CozyClaws should not be machine washed as the heatable filling inside is hard to dry and could mold sitting wet.
If your plushy got dirty, gently rub the spot with a soapy towel and some water.
Heating :
Remove paper tag and make sure your plush is dry and clean before heating. Like anything in microwave or oven, the plushies may NOT touch the walls. We advise to put them into a plastic bowl or the lid that comes with microwaves so the plush can turn evenly.
Microwave :
Set your microwave to defrost and heat it up for a couple of minutes. This is the preferred heating method to prevent the fabrics from taking damage. Shake the plush every couple minutes to make sure the warmth spreads evenly and it´s not getting too hot locally.
600-800 watt: Heat for 2-4 minutes
Remove and shake the plush whilst heating about once every 1-2 minutes for even heating and avoiding burns.
Oven :
Pre-heat oven at 50-80°C/ 122-176°F
Heat plushy for no longer than 10 minutes!
Remove and shake plush after 5 minutes for even heating.
CozyClaws unlike other heatable toys, don´t get super hot but instead reach a cozy warm state that keeps up for a longer time.
Don´t heat your plush longer than said in the guide to avoid the fabrics taking damage.
Let your plushy cool down completely before heating it again to prevent damages on the fabric.
