Many of you heard it before, and if not will hear a lot the coming days : the new PPWD law the EU put in action.

This new EU wide law was meant for reducing packaging waste but is effectively only destroying small businesses.

Sellers of any kind, without exception, have to be registered, licensed and pay horrendous fees PER country PER year just to be allowed to ship to a country within the EU. This can be anything from 300-1500€ for each country.

Due to this law we´re now sadly forced to stop shipping to other EU countries and cross our fingers for them still doing a change to this law. It´s been said they want to talk about exceptions in October. Way too late already, but let´s hope something goes around.

If you want to HELP us businesses rise awareness of the problem: There is an official site from the EU that allows you to have a say and leave your feedback (as customers too!). The more voices we can raise, the more likely things are set up for change.
