We´re able to ship to US again!
Since the tariffs have been announced by president Trump in August 2025, a lot of work and confusion came up where we finally managed to work through.

Due to the cheaper "warepost" not being available on DHL for US customers anymore, we can sadly only offer the service we get from a third party shipment company which sends it (currently) cheapest to America where it´s then handed to USPS.

Tariffs are charged in your check out. After paying, you got nothing else left to do, packages will be send straight to you. Just be aware packages might take a bit longer to arrive since US borders now have to fight the extra work load of all packages needing checks for DDP shipment.

- Why is shipping so expensive?
The goods you order are coming from Germany, sending overseas is already quite expensive. Since DHL doesn´t offer warepost anymore, we had to look for the next best cheapest option. Our prices are calculated to weight, though weight gaps can be huge which means shipping for lighter items is already quite high.

- What´s DDP?
DDP means Delivered Duties Paid and is a shipping method. This means, tariffs have been paid by the customer in the checkout already. Orders will go smoothly through import and end at the customers hands without issues.

- Is there a way to get cheaper US shipping?
Currently not. It´s unclear when and if the cheaper warepost option will ever return for US customers.

- Why do I have to pay tariffs?
All US customers now have to pay tariffs which are import fees and taxes. Before Trumps demand of tariffs in August 2025, there was a de minimis rule that allowed imports to be tax free until 800$. Until someone decides to remove the changes to imports that where set in US, the tariffs are sadly here to stay.

- Can you change the value of my order for there to be less tariffs?
No, we can´t do this as it´s illegal and will put our business at risk.

- Can I do a bulk order and share with it with my friends?
That´s definitely a good way to save shipping costs, by splitting it up with other people.
